Usually know as Black Gram or Black Lenthil or Karupu Ulunthu. VATSAN's Balck Gram is fully loaded with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, high fibre contants and also with rich taste and flavour. Post harvest by VATSAN's farmers team, these are cleaned manually from leaves and dust and then packed hygenically. This Karupu ulunthu is usally used in various dishes like dosa, idli, pappad, and vada. Usually these Black Grams are soaked in water for 3-4 hours and hand squezed to get the White Urad Daal which will be used for Batter preparation.
